XJ6N

A highly contemporary motorcycle concept dripping with the kind of style, sense of fun and sheer riding pleasure that today’s middleweight rider expects, Yamaha’s new XJ6 is a dynamic and agile new player.
With a riding character tuned for smooth and precise performance, XJ6 is designed to feel natural and intuitive, whether you’re negotiating the afternoon tin-tops or making long arcs out of narrow mountain roads. With a low seat height and narrow chassis, the XJ6 suits experienced and new riders of many ages and sizes, who want a stylish middleweight ready for just about any situation.
A contemporary and dynamic all-rounder with a cool, light and agile roadster look, the XJ6 reflects the intent of its rider like nothing else can.
FEATURES
♦ One of the coolest and most desirable models in a hyper-competitive 600cc category, the XJ6 is a genuine all rounder, designed to make the rider feel at home in town, on twisty back roads or on the highway with a passenger. Available in N (naked) and S (half fairing) models.
♦ Good ergonomics make inexperienced riders feel much more confident and enable experienced riders to be fully in control with much less effort. For added comfort the new XJ6 is equipped with adjustable handlebars.
♦ The XJ6 is tuned for strong torque character and medium speed agility rather than ultimate high-rpm performance. Like every Yamaha, it retains an exciting edge, a high level of enjoyment and usability, and unquestionable quality levels.
♦ The new tubular frame is designed to deliver easy handling, and its clean lines emphasise the bike’s slim appearance. Lightweight cast wheels keep unsprung weight low, allowing the 41mm front forks and Monocross rear suspension to deliver a smooth ride and good roadholding. Faired ‘S’ model is fitted with useful centre stand.
