Raptor 350

THE FORMULA FOR FUN
From the tips if its wicked Raptor-styled rear guards to its polycarbonate nose protector, the Raptor YFM350R exudes serious sporting confidence.
And why wouldn’t it? With a tough, rugged air/oil-cooled four-stroke engine that combines broad, useable grunt with a thirst for top-end rpm that’s perfect for any off-road adventure situation.
High-spec running gear includes alloy wheels, low-profile tires and powerful disc brakes, as well as plush, preload adjustable sports suspension and linkages.
Throw in electric starting, reverse gear and tough, composite skid plates and bump bars, and you’ve got a serious middleweight sport ATV equipped for everything from low-speed bush trail exploring to high-speed crossed up fire trail blasting.
♦ Light and powerful 348cc air-cooled SOHC four-stroke single starts with the push of a button and features a high, snorkel-type engine intake as well as automatic cam chain tensioning for reduced engine maintenance.
♦ Low, 178kg dry weight maximises handling and makes all-day rides even more enjoyable, while big Raptor style bodywork and low seat height allow maximum rider movement and comfort with excellent sport-riding ergonomics.
♦ Light and strong chassis creates a super-responsive high-performance package. Low, 820mm seat height enhances rider comfort and provides optimal rider movement.
♦ Independent double-wishbone front suspension with preload-adjustable shock absorbers and lightweight aluminium wheels maximise suspension performance, acceleration, deceleration and handling.
♦ Large-diameter ventilated hydraulic front and rear disc brakes deliver excellent stopping power even in wet conditions while the easy-to-use, toggle-link type handlebar mounted parking brake can be set with one hand.
♦ Composite skid plates and composite front grab bar won’t dent or rust, and protect Raptor 350 from debris and damage.
♦ Competition derived rear suspension includes a light and rigid swingarm and piggyback reservoir shock with adjustable preload and 210mm travel for plush, confident trail-holding.
♦ Tough as nails air/oil-cooled four-stroke makes acres of low-end grunt and pulls willingly into a lusty top-end rpm surge. It’s a fun engine built to last.
♦ Reverse gear provides extra terrain-conquering ability, and the convenient shift lever allows easy access to reverse from any forward gear.
♦ Easy-to-use, toggle link-type handlebar-mounted parking brake can be set with one hand.
